We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Pirana Music. If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price less initial freight charges.

You are welcome to try out your instrument for 7 days and if you are not completely happy just call us and we can either find a replacement or you can return your instrument for a store credit or refund.

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation. (Owners manual, Warranty Card, Quick Start Guides, Leads etc.

It must show no signs of wear or use and you must obtain a Return Authorization Number, by calling 02-6162 3311

Products such as software, mouthorgans, instrument mouthpiece, personal items (such as in-ear monitors) and items which were specially ordered in, are non returnable

All items, unless otherwise stated (valves, reeds, strings etc), carry a 12 months Manufacturer warranty. Some items are up to 5 years.

If you find your product faulty please contact us on 02-61623311 for your nearest Authorised Repair Agent. For faster service fill in our Repair Form with all relevant details and email or fax it to us 02-6162 3322. Once we have received this form we can then contact the manufacturer and obtain your RA number and give you details for a speedy repair. Some manufacturers like Behringer have a replace rather than repair policy. This speeds up your repairs and has you back on the road in a matter of days.

At Pirana Music we know what it is like to be without your favourite piece of equipment for any length of time so we will do whatever we can to speed up the process if you should find yourself in this situation. We insure this doesn’t happen very often by selecting high quality equipment with a good reliability record or a manufacturer with a quick replacement policy in place.
