At Pirana Music we always check items before they leave our premises, unless they are shipped direct from manufacturer to you, all parcels are securely packed before they leave our warehouse. Please inspect your goods upon arrival and if you notice any damage to the outside package, notify the courier before they leave the parcel. Upon inspection of goods, if there is any damage please notify us immediately.
